Who we are Riskalis Vostok is the Russian subsidiary of Riskalis Consulting. What we do Riskalis Consulting is an operational consulting firm whose competence is based on a strong expertise and incontestable know-how in bringing institutions into regulatory compliance (Basel II, Solvency II, internal control), by auditing and managing risks for their financial sectors (banks, credit lenders, leasing and insurance companies, funds investors). We provide turnkey services in Project Leadership, Project Management, Audit and Consulting, as well as in Implementing, Testing and Training solutions to bringing information systems and procedures into compliance with the Basel II reform for banking, Solvency II for insurance, and ISO standards in the Industry. Riskalis Vostok is an exclusive ACL partner in Russia & CIS. Riskalis as an expert in risk management and internal control provides the clients, mostly banks and insurance companies, with 1-2 days long trainings and seminars. The aim of the trainings is not only to present you theoretical background of a method or a model but to give you a review of practical aspects and examples of successful implementation. Our success story Riskalis Vostok is present in Russia since 2008. We have been involved in successful Basel II advanced implementations in about 35 banks, among them Société Générale and BNP Paribas in France and abroad. These projects primary focus was the calculation of the Mac Donough Ratio, and we provided the whole scope of project management and advisory services. In Moscow, Russia, we have not only been working with subsidiaries of large international banking groups, but also with large Russian bank groups as Russbank. We have been approached by multiple Russian companies from financial services, banking and energy sectors, as well as governmental bodies, which prove the increasing demand for risk management and compliance services in the region.
