What
We are a boutique risk consulting firm founded in NYC, with the mission to help FinTech start-ups during their early and mature phases and to incumbents during their journey to digitization. Now is the optimal time as the digital transformation of the financial systems is on its early stage of the development, especially in the countries with emerging economies, which are the first and foremost within the our area of interest.
How
During our careers we have seen risk management processes in different perspective, from the eyes of ecommerce and online retail giants, traditional banks and incumbents digitizing itself to FinTech incubator and risk consulting firm, etc., and in different parts of the world, including USA, east Europe, CIS countries, UAE and Africa. This experience makes us confident about our plans to establish RiskTech consulting, with the mission to help FinTech start-ups during their early and mature phases and to incumbents during their journey to digitization.
Besides decides spent in the corporate risk management and ERP fields, we have been in the forefront of FinTech market development in emerging economies from the eyes of traditional consultants, for past two years. What we can say is that about 8 out of 10 clients suffered to safely follow their path toward digitization due to gap between their technological and organizational capabilities. Frequently these kinds of gaps translated into existentially dangerous losses, especially in security and privacy category. These unleashed opportunities require new approach which is to re-visualize the risk framework for digital banking and FinTech start-up ecosystems, and our start-up will be up to the task.
