Rivanna is a boutique therapy space located in Gurugram, offers holistic psychotherapy services both virtually and in-person (for Delhi/ Gurugram residents). Our therapists use an eclectic approach by incorporating traditional psychotherapeutic modalities— psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral , and narrative - with mindfulness-based practices, somatic (body-based) therapies and clinical hypnotherapy. We specialize in treating trauma, co-dependency, grief, depression, stress and anxiety, parenting and relationship challenges, inner child work, developmental issues with children and career counselling.
