RiverCity Foundry

The RiverCity Foundry is a regional new business startup accelerator based in the electric river cities (Columbus, GA, Phenix City, AL), established in June, 2016. The RiverCity Foundry is a public/private partnership with support from local business, government and academic leaders, individual and corporate investors and mentors, professionals, SCORE, the Greater Columbus and Phenix City Chambers of Commerce, the Phenix City Economic Development and the River Valley Regional Commission. A public/private partnership for the greater Chattahoochee Valley region, individual investors, local business leaders and accomplished mentors have joined forces with Troy University, Columbus Tech, ColumbusMakesIT! and SCORE to contribute time, space and resources to help create as many new kinds of jobs and companies in our area as possible. Individual, institutional and corporate investors are providing the necessary seed capital investment necessary to validate the candidates for acceleration.
