BACKGROUND:
2007 - RPP was established to invest in the practical research and development of agile program management practices based on insights gained through years of experience in execution and reviewing program performance (health checks and post implementation reviews).
2009 - RPP developed Principle Led Execution® (PLE) "the critical few for business agility" - a business-led and value-driven approach to scoping and executing change under uncertainty.
2009-2011 - RPP partnered with Gerald Bradley (leading expert and key contributor to global standards such as Managing Successful Programs MSP | UK) to adopt value delivery mapping - a visual approach for engaging stakeholders in the creation of value from well integrated business and technology change.
Since 2011, RPP has implemented Principle Led Execution® and Value Delivery Mapping (VDM) in client organisations with successful delivery of business outcomes and benefits.
