AI Task Capture + Coaching — Nia, our assistant, helps users log tasks via Slack or voice input and offers timely prompts to maintain rhythm. 3. Energy + Focus Tracking — We track key health inputs, such as sleep and mood, to calibrate energy predictions and surface recovery prompts when needed.
