The Riyadh Behavioral Insights Center for Labor Market Policies seeks to enable evidence-based solutions to improve labor market outcomes for all.
A key outcome of the 2020 G20 Riyadh summit, we are one of the first BI centers focusing exclusively on labor policies and reforms. We are located within Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and also lead the G20's BI Network, offering both global and local applications of behavioral insights for labor market policies.
We operate with three main objectives:
(1) Implement behavioral interventions that support MHRSD’s labor policy and reforms
(2) Support the growth and institutionalization of the Saudi labor market evidence ecosystem to inform policymaking
(3) Manage the G20 BI Knowledge Exchange Network
