The factory, in Maddington Perth, is home to a range of CNC, high-definition plasma, laser and water jet cutters offering precision cuts for steel and plastics up to 200mm thick.
Additional services include custom CAD designs and programming, steel bending, drilling, counter sinking, beveling, turret punching, welding and powder-coating.
RJ Metals operate an impressive range of custom-built, CNC machinery including five laser cutters - a DNE D-Fast Fiber Laser Cutter, ART Smart Laser XRL 7700 and three ART High-Definition Plasma Cutters.
Additional technology includes a 300 tonne CNC Press, turret punching and drilling machines and powder-coating equipment. With a team of over 30 experienced personnel, RJ Metals have the tools and know-how to offer a turnkey fabrication service for more detailed projects.
