RKI can provide many services including: · Prepare space plan drawings showing locations of movable furniture to determine flow and usability. · Recommend interior/exterior architectural alterations. · Prepare drawings and other materials to illustrate interior design concepts. · Specify color schemes, interior finishes, wall treatments, floor materials, ceiling treatments, plumbing, appliances and interior/exterior lighting treatments. · Prepare schematic plans for recommended cabinetwork, interior built-ins and other interior decorative details. · Review all revised plans and selections. · Select furnishings, lighting, carpeting, and artworks. · Coordinate move-in as needed.
