KWAŚNICKI, WRÓBEL & Partners was established in 2009 based on single law offices which were conducted since 2005 by present Partners.
We offer full range of services in the area of provision of legal assistance and specialize in the corporate law, civil law (contract law), mergers and acquisitions (M&A transactions), labor law and management contracts, capital market law, intellectual property law, administrative law, real estate law, tax law, patient's rights and adjective law.
We use mainly/primarily Polish, English and German language in our every-day practice but can work in any other language of the world, if so requested by our Clients.
Our Law Office cooperates with Polish and international companies that enjoy position of leaders in their respective lines of business. Our Clients come from various branches of the economy including: pharmaceutical, transport (railway, land and maritime), financial services (including banking and insurance), power, oil, mining, IT, food&beverage, media and advertising, construction, real estate and many other sectors.
We stand out for unique experience amassed during long years of both provision of legal assistance (also in international law offices) as well as serving as members of governing bodies of companies (particularly of supervisory boards), lecturers at Polish and international seminars and conferences as well as independent entrepreneurs.
