Attention to service and quality has made us an industry leader. At RKp Management LLc, the customer always comes first, and we constantly strive to exceed your expectations. The main goal is the customer, keeping their needs and wants in mind helps us to meet and exceed their expectations in service along with affordability and comfort. We have worked closely with local homeless veterans in hopes to create a safe and affordable place to live in order to help keep those who serve us off the streets. In efforts to accomplish this, we took a hand in establishing The Patriot House, located in Muskegon Michigan. Currently, we are working on rehabilitating and flipping around 200 properties. This past summer, we participated in a 50 unit syndication. Our goal is to seek out and acquire a 100-200 unit apartment complex syndication. ultimately we plan to expand RKp Management LLc from a small sole proprietorship to a large organization.
