I've worked with over 100 clients; most of them are Business Owners, Top Management Executives, Entrepreneurs and Coaches. I work with them on getting over the cognitive and emotional blindness that often comes with high levels of success. We accomplish this through bringing mindfulness and systemic thinking into their day to day performance. -Organizational Culture Consulting I've worked with +50 teams in +30 organizations; from Fortune 500 companies to startups and even the public sector, in all kinds of challenging situations involving human potential like: -Resistance in Change Management initiatives. -Conflict during merging Organizational Cultures. -Interventions to deal with apathy and resignation in Culture. -Building High Performance Transnational and Transgenerational teams. -Difficult negotiations between Top Management and Union Leaders. -Re-building Organizational Climate and Trust after massive Downsizing. -Conflict mediation between key players in the organization, and many more. -Corporate Training: From a half day minutes workshop, to a full weekend team-building and even a full year program.
