RLT Impact is a subscription-based training and development service based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and available for in-person and remote training. If you are a company that wants to enhance or launch leadership development to aid in succession planning or growth, RLT Impact provides customized training tailored to you within 30 days of starting with us! How are we different from other training companies? We create content that is customized for you that you own! For a monthly subscription fee, we build the curriculum, design the training, and deliver it to your team LIVE. The typical training package includes needs analysis to see what opportunities your leaders have for development. Leadership training ranges from executives and VPs to managers and supervisors. We also work alongside leadership to execute projects focused on human capital strategy, change management, talent acquisition, talent planning, succession planning, employee engagement, employee retention, and human resource development. Additional consulting projects vary and include: fractional CHRO services, strategic planning, Strengths coaching, competency modeling, and improvisation for business. Previous consulting work includes a variety of industries: manufacturing, real estate, communications, shipping, civic organizations, and transportation. While we serve a variety of clients; our specialty is supporting high-growth, midsize businesses including those working with Private Equity (PE) or growth through mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
