RM Retail Conseil is an operational consulting company which mission is to support commerce / retail companies in optimizing and managing performance. Created in 2022 by Ronan MARTIN, RM Retail Conseil supports its clients throughout the entire project cycle, as well as on the quantitative aspects. With more than 20 years of experience, in France and abroad, in a multinational, Ronan MARTIN has developed both sectoral and functional skills that allow him to engage with Comex, Finance and Real Estate Departement in retail companies in France and in Poland. The mission of RM Retail Conseil is based on listening to its customers, understanding the issues and needs, as well as on contextual and cultural adaptation.
