The lab is part of the Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology, within the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) of Singapore. We explore basic and translational research in the realm of RNA biology, spanning from Antisense Oligonucleotide design and optimization to rare genetic diseases. We have teams dedicated to diagnostic of complex splicing mutations as well as high throughput screenings of novel deliveries for nucleic acid therapeutics. The lab is led by Dave Wee Keng Boon.
