RMIT HRA - Human Resources Association

The RMIT HRA aims to: - Advocate connection between Human Resource Management (HRM) students and non-HRM students, alumni, staff and industry - Provide a forum where guidance and assistance can be provided to all our members - Support and encourage the professional development of our members - Promote social interaction amongst our members RMIT HRA strives to serve as a professional network platform for all RMIT HRM students in order to gain exposure internally and externally, in addition, use these as a key mechanism for promoting and sharing events hosted by HRM. By hosting a series of events throughout the semester, we provide a platform for students to take advantage of the opportunities and resources available to them. As one of the Clubs within the RMIT Business Student Association (BSA) co-operative, as well as our own events, the Association also participates in the RMIT Business Annual Ball and other combined activities of RMIT academic clubs within the College of Business. RMIT HRA members may elect to also become members of the Business Student Association when they join RMIT HRA.
