HIVE is RMIT's student-led, multi-disciplinary rocket team, originally formed to compete at the inaugural Australian Universities Rocket Competition (AURC), where it won first place in the 30,000-ft (9.1 km) category.
The team now plans to continue launching rockets past the AURC and shift its focus to become a platform to up-skill the future generation of engineering leaders in accordance with its values of opportunity, enterprise, and diversity.
