RMM focuses on the supply side of this skilled workforce by providing a unified platform that provides 24 X 7 on-demand support to these repair technicians. RMM offers the following support to the Repair technicians on the platform- -an AI enabled 24 X 7 chat support -Access to latest software resources. -Upskilling and Do-It-Yourself video resources. -A market place to buy and sell mobile spare parts across the country. - A market place to buy/sell and mobilize e-waste arising mainly form the mobile industry. -Job notification and Customer leads to the Repair Technicians to enhance revenue opportunities to the technicians.
