R & R Programs for Restoring Relationships

R & R Programs aim to restore relationships and community by exploring the themes of respect, responsibility, repair, and reintegration. Our programs provide the necessary tools to establish healthy relationships with oneself and others. We also focus on repairing the relationships that have been harmed. Our work initially began in response to the statistics about recidivism, the unnecessary cycle of crime, and the lack of support for people trying to rehabilitate after criminal activity. We developed courses to offer participants an opportunity to repair relationships, minimize their risk of recidivism, and ultimately break this cycle. We continue to work with people who are entangled in the justice system. We also offer specialized programs in support of diversity, belonging, and inclusion. The content is suitable for various age groups, including youth, adults, and seniors. R & R Programs are a synergy of restorative/social justice, emotional intelligence, and secular mindfulness practices.
