About RNTU - Best Private University in Bhopal Rabindranath Tagore University (RNTU), Bhopal, formerly AISECT University, was established in 2010 as India's first Skills University. Recognized as a private university in Bhopal, this was the second higher education venture of the AISECT Group of Universities, which, over the years, has emerged as India's leading higher education group. Named after Nobel laureate Shri Rabindranath Tagore, the university seeks to provide overall cognitive development to its students by laying an equal focus on skills, personality development, entrepreneurship incubation, liberal & performing arts, as well as sports and cultural activities.
