Roach & Associates, LLC, established in 1995, is a full-service consulting firm that mainly serves the Dairy community. Roach & Associates offerings include civil and environmental engineering, planning, construction project management, wetland delineation, and business and management consulting for agricultural, industrial, commercial, and private clients. Roach & Associates is a small, but growing, team centrally located in Home of the Hamburger, Seymour, WI. Since 2002, Roach and Associates has been appointed as the Receiver or the General Manager for several large dairy operations. The operations consisted of between 650 head to 8,000 head. The firsthand experience of managing large dairy operations has contributed to Roach and Associates’ ability to develop engineering designs that integrate into daily operations. We offer consulting services for evaluating or expanding existing facilities, new “Greenfield” developments or bring existing facilities into regulatory compliance.
