Road Construction Technology and Standards (DOW Materials Science & Technology)

The Road Construction and Technology Standard is a Geotechnical Engineering & Material Testing Branch within the Department of Works and consist of hard-working and highly skilled specialists with extensive experience in the Geotechnical and Material Testing Industry. At RCTS we offer a range of expert geotechnical services covering all aspects of Civil and Geotechnical Engineering. Our extensive range of services includes site geotechnical investigations, quality testing for road infrastructures projects, building development project and other projects of interest. We also provide fresh concrete sampling, casting and insitu slump tests. Our material testing services cover from Soil to Aggregates Testing including both Field and Laboratory.. Our head office is located within the DoW HQ 4-Mile, NCD however we have branches all over Papua New Guinea within the DoW Provincial Works Office.
