Roads Maintenance Fund (RMF)

Governance: Operates under the Ministry of Public Works and Roads with an independent Board of Directors overseeing strategic and financial decisions. Operational Structure: Headquarters in Aden and provisions for regional branches, enabling localized management of road maintenance and rehabilitation.
