As WHO states, every amputee has the right to get high technological aid to be self-sufficient, running a normally healthy life and playing sport.
Roadrunnerfoot as a company has the aim to offer the best products to a cheaper price. Our products offer high quality standards, high performance, innovative materials, controlled during the production process and certified by CE 93/42 (medical device certification) and ISO 10328.
Our products are MADE in ITALY and Roadrunnerfoot Engineering s.r.l. Is the first Italian enterprise to engineer, design, produce and sell devices for disabled people, following the whole production chain from the engineering to the after sale assistance.
The Italian welfare system doesn’t provide any technological devices not listed in. “Nomenclatore tariffario”, which doesn’t take into consideration the technological innovation of the last 30 years, such as the carbon fiber foot, replaced by a wood prosthesis with steel pilot, called Sach and limiting any walking performance. The only chance were retailers selling foreign product at very high prices, offering on the contrary limited performance.
