Roaring Fork Brewing

Our production is located in Carbondale, Colorado, United States. Here our modern and efficient 15 BBL brewhouse is able to brew up to 8.000 BBL per year of our local draft beer. The production is divided in two brands: "Roaring Fork Brewing", where we maintain the high, and unique standard of the glorious past, with a touch of our magic, so that we can catch up with the always new consumers demand. And "Idylwilde Brewing", that is not just a beer, it's a part of our essence, is what we can call a niche product, for true beer lovers looking for something unique and special, where they can feel our real soul. We produce many kinds of beer but we are focused on IPA, Double IPA, Lager, and Pale Ale.
