Mobile Porsche Specialist was set up by Rob Murray in 2018. He was a long term Porsche owner with a successful business career who felt that there was a better, more customer driven way for these amazing cars to be maintained. As he says - if your fridge needs repairing, you don’t put it in your car and take it somewhere. Why then do you have to go to all of the hassle of taking your Porsche to a garage, especially as you are more likely to be a time poor individual? Rob firmly believes that the future of automotive maintenance is “Hub and Spoke”. The routine things done mobile and then big jobs done by a central hub, with cars being collected and delivered. His belief has been proven by the success of the business and its incredible growth. It is one thing having a great customer proposition, but you also have top be able to attract the best people. Here again, Rob feels that there is a better way. Vehicle Technicians, especially in dealers, tend to feel that they are treated as numbers. Mobile Porsche Specialist is a truly family run business which treats its people as the opposite to numbers. In addition, equity is offered to high achievers with the aim of having as much of the team as possible as shareholders. We are expanding steadily and are recruiting for talented Porsche technicians who are driven by giving amazing customer service and would like more autonomy.
