robeko is specialized in thin film equipment and solutions for the vacuum coating industry. The product range includes hardware components like all different kinds of magnetron sputtering sources and plasma power supplies as well as materials and services. We not only manufacture targets and backing plates but also provide target bonding service including the revolutionary NanoBond method which provides higher power densities and stress free joints. Robeko does not supply customers with off the shelf solutions but with components and materials specially suited to the individual process. In addition we offer full service around the coating process: Process development, design and manufacturing of special coating components or materials, retrofits of existing systems with our compoents and assembling of complete subsystems. Finally we maintain a large inventory of spare parts for the maintenance of our cathodes in the field.
