I’m a trauma-aware strategist, speaker, and author who spent nearly two decades leading complex HR and organizational change across public institutions, intelligence agencies, and billion-dollar systems. But behind the titles and outcomes was a deeper truth: I was surviving, not thriving. My work today focuses on exposing the hidden emotional costs of productivity and distractions—and helping people and systems build something more sustainable. Through my upcoming TEDx talk, From a Human Doing to a Human Being, and my new book of the same name, I challenge the cultural myth that our worth is tied to our output. I don’t preach hustle. I teach people how to feel safe slowing down to really meet themselves. Because success without peace isn’t success—it’s just high-functioning survival.
