Robert has been working as consultant since 2002 and manages missions within leadership development, personal assessment, team development and transition management. He has trained more than 1 000 managers in leadership and performed more then 2 000 hours of coaching on all staff levels.
With a high degree of involvement he supervises and processes the participants in leadership programs, individual coaching, team development and as a moderator.
In addition to his professional experiences, Robert made a time out from his professional life, and during three years he sailed in the Pacific and from Australia back to Sweden on his 42 foot sailing boat. An adventure which to say is about change, a motivated vision and concrete targets. His experiences can be heard and experienced in his lecture ”Winds of change” which works as a great eye-opener in i.e. an initial stage of change in an organisation.
