In every corner of every community you can find those who are working day-in, day-out to bring equality, social justice and sustainability to our society. They might not have all the riches, but to us they are Heroes. Yet so many struggle to be heard. So many struggle to have their story told. There is a real skills gap in our country. So often those doing the most impactful work struggle to communicate with their audience. They have, for generations, been either priced out or locked out of gaining the necessary skills, confidence and experience to communicate with the world. We believe it is time to close this communications gap. It is time to take the skills, confidence and experience that is just handed to elite and give it to the good guys.
