Robin's Hope is a peer-run trauma recovery center that helps adults overcoming difficult life circumstances through building hope, resilience, and connection.
We have virtual groups via zoom and in June also have in-person groups. Groups of various types: check-ins, boundaries, The Body Keeps the Score, The Artist Way, peer-run dbt skills group (no clinician), A Space to Grieve and Grow, Seeking Safety, and more...
All groups are FREE. All we ask is that everyone new fill out a participant packet so that we can document numbers for grants (personal info not shared).
