In our 10 bedded Sub-Acute facility we welcome patients to recuperate after a stay in hospital. The Sub-Acute facility is a place of skilled healing and rest. Client recovery is our priority and we do all we can to see that you have the best care and physical rehabilitation as well as a restful place to recuperate.
Our Frail Care Facility “The Nest” is a place of safety and care for individuals who are living with debilitating illnesses. “The Nest” goes beyond being just a care home or frail care centre; our nurses are experts in caring for residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia and are also highly experienced in dealing with the effects of strokes as well as other disorders.
Our Care at Home agency provides individualised care, support with daily activities, companionship, compassion and the 24-hour support of a team of nurses and a highly professional service. Our trained Carers are individually matched to the client’s needs and are provided with care plans that are specific to each client
We have a Home Based Care training division were we train caregivers over a period of three months to ensure highly skilled and competent individuals in order to provide excellent care to our clients.
