After the casting process, we are getting “it” into a finish product and call it “grate” :) - Grates for the Incineration Plants Combustion Chamber (Roststab), - Parts for the Cement Industry etc. We have experience for the after casting process for more than 2 years and more than 40.000 Grates and such (W2E). How we work: - 1 Robot for Grinding, - Manual Detailed Grinding, - Shot Blasting Machines, - Metalworking with 3 ‘Double Head’ Milling Machines, - 2 Milling Machines, - 1 Special Hole Drilling Machine with precision drilling, - All necessary Quality Control Equipments (Measure and Surface Quality) and Precision Measurement, - A professional young and dynamic team. Our company has a 7/24 service capacity and is located in the Dudullu OSB IMES Industrial Zone in the beautiful city Istanbul. Our stock area covers more than 4,000 grids.
