The Robotic Maintenance Vehicle (RMV) is an automated modular maintenance vehicle platform that performs standard road maintenance tasks, utilizing industrial automation components partnered with trusted names in road maintenance equipment. The Robotic Crack Sealer is the first module developed for the RMV platform. Utilizing smart AI vision that scans the road to accurately identify cracks in the pavement, accompanied by a 6-axis industrial robot and custom sealant kettle to precisely dispense the sealant; all powered by an onboard diesel generator.
