In this way, we pave the way for high-quality AND fast laser material processing. We have proven that vertical spot oscillations (dynamic beam shaping) can reduce dross formation in laser cutting by a factor of two while doubling cutting speed. Is your process limited by light focusing speed? Imagine what you can achieve with a full stroke in less than 2 milliseconds.
๐๐ฉ๐๐ก๐ก ๐ฃ๐๐๐ ๐ข๐ค๐ง๐ ๐ฅ๐ค๐ฌ๐๐ง? We offer robust solutions with up to 8 kW of laser power (CW) and the highest peak powers. We're pretty sure we offer the fastest z-axis in this power range.
How is that possible? By using a novel optomechanical technology, expert knowledge in control design and electronics, our systems are faster, more power stable and more compact than comparable products.
The ๐ญ๐๐ผ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐นยฎ-๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ป๐ผ๐น๐ผ๐ด๐ enables new processing methods in laser cutting, laser welding and laser hardening as well as the development of new processing fields in micro-structuring and additive manufacturing.
