ROCA is a one of a kind, annual undergraduate business case competition that is proudly co-hosted Carleton University's Sprott School of Business and the Rotterdam Business School. This major international event features 16 of the top student teams from leading business schools across the globe.
Teams tackle real-world business challenges in real-time, with active engagement from companies, entrepreneurs, and NGOs. ROCA cases cover a broad range of interdisciplinary business problems with a strong focus on sustainability, leadership and other shifts in the modern economy.
Since ROCA is jointly organized by two globally-oriented business schools from Europe and North America, this yearly competition benefits from diverse experience and perspectives, and alternates taking place in either Ottawa, Canada or in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
