Established in in 2016 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Rock Solid BV, and currently operating multiple contracts in the UK with leading Waste and EfW operators, our highly qualified mobile processing team offer the most efficient, up to date and flexible methods for the processing and associated product recovery from EfW produced IBA. Our transportable mobile processing plants and associated on-site laboratories provide a compliant and unique solution, along with excellent rates and levels of Fe and Non Fe metal recovery. With our mobile processing units not being tied to working solely on one location, we save transport costs, impact on the local environment and road infrastructure, reduce CO2 emissions and produce secondary aggregates close to the point of re-use. Our proven and long-standing working relationships with both UK and international governments and regulatory bodies, construction companies, Waste to Energy companies and local authorities have now taken the potentials for recovery and re-use of IBA aggregates (IBAA) to a previously unachievable level. We have also helped to divert 100,000's of tonnes of waste from landfill back into the UK and European construction and metals industries. Our processing techniques transform Incinerator Bottom Ash (IBA) into a variety of reusable products including IBA aggregates (IBAA) and extremely valuable recovered metals. IBA can be a very metal rich residue, and we recover not only Ferrous or scrap metals, but also precious Non Ferrous materials, including gold, silver and copper, as well as aluminum, chrome, nickel, zinc, and brass.
