This gives us a broad range of expertise within architectural design and in helping clients achieve what they want from their projects, and most importantly, achieve it on budget! We also invest in development & refurbishment projects of our own too, so have valuable experience of all sides of a project, as both the client, designer & developer. At Rocket we have skilled designers who can tailor schemes to suit your goals, create amazing CGIs (which really help in presenting schemes to planning departments or potential purchasers/ investors) as well as RICS Building Surveyors to help assess your projects from the initial pre-purchase stages, as well as helping take out the headache of contract administration when on site. We have experience in residential, commercial, agricultural and retail projects, and have more recently been involved in some large HMO & commercial conversion projects for other property investors, as well as looking after refurbishment projects for “hands-off” investors or deal packagers.
