Actual ‘rocket science’ is all about the small margins. The frame angle at launch, or the pitch axis for re-entry. Same with creative people, it’s the little things that make the most difference. All pointed in the same direction, you’re propelled perfectly along your trajectory. Some not on board, and it can drag everything down.
