-Over 15 years of combined metallurgical experience -Metallurgical Support: Project support with evaluation of metallurgical performance from pre-feasibility through construction: due diligence reviews, past met test compilation and review, met test program review, plant/process design review. Review of historical metallurgical performance including the identification of problematic ore types/zones, process evaluation and determination of true recovery potential for site. -Operational Consulting: Primarily to copper, gold, silver and molybdenum operations with direct field experience in: crush and convey, comminution, flotation, gravity circuits, leaching, CIPs, paste/backfill, water treatment -CAPEX and OPEX Processing Cost Evaluations -Expertise in Aveva PI (PI-AF, PI Vision, PI Datalink, personnel training, etc): Creation of PI Vision pages for sites to allow for detailed visuals of processes for team members to use for troubleshooting and data analysis. Completion of specific projects based on company requests. -Metallurgical Accounting Auditing/Standardization -Document Control: Standardization and modification of files and documents for new company guidelines
