Rodicon Engineering Inc. is a hands-on building envelope consultant firm, who will actively work with Designers, Owners, Contractors and Trades to help design and construct durable, sound buildings to last a lifetime or more.
I, Leaha Maisonneuve, the owner of Rodicon Engineering Inc., have over 14 years of experience in the building envelope consulting and construction industry in Alberta. A vast array of past experiences include new construction, investigation, remedial and full restoration projects varying from small single family buildings to commercial towers , light industrial and municipal facilities. Rodicon Engineering Inc. is well versed in (sub-grade) waterproofing, cladding, window, and roofing systems and all components that create a sound building envelope.
I am also a fully trained Level 1 Thermographer and offer infrared (IR) scanning services of building envelopes and roofs as part of investigation and/or quality assurance services, using a FLIR B300 infrared camera.
