Rodilla is the informal, artisan, healthy and quality restaurant chain since 1939. Founded thanks to the entrepreneurial and innovative spirit of Antonio Rodilla, it has more than 200 establishments throughout Spain that are a meeting point for all citizens. With strategic locations such as the Adolfo Suarez Airport in Madrid, train stations, the best hospitals and universities in Spain, as well as the most important business areas and shopping centers in the country. The chain is completely oriented to the needs of the consumer, with a varied product, made daily at the point of sale, healthy and of the highest quality. The brand, focused on a firm commitment in the places where it is present, is part of Grupo Rodilla (100% owned by Grupo Damm). In 2019 Rodilla landed in the USA, being the year of the brand's 80th anniversary. Rodilla, which turned 80 years old in 2019, began its path towards internationalization with the opening of three establishments outside Spain, specifically in Miami (USA). Rodilla opened its doors in one of the most fashionable and touristic neighborhoods of the city, Wynwood. This space includes the bakery and the store at the same time, a similar model to the first Rodilla restaurant located in the central Plaza de Callao in Madrid. Rodilla opened in 2019 in Miami, with artisanal delights in Wynwood. We chose Wynwood to establish ourselves because it encompasses Miami's unique values of tradition, dynamism and novelty, aligned with the spirit of a brand like Antonio Rodilla. We wanted to continue to immerse ourselves in the jewel that is Miami's diverse market, so we also opened in Brickell: the financial heart of Miami.
