Our suite of services is organized around three key pillars: INFRASTRUCTURE (water, sewer, stormwater, transportation), DESIGN (site planning, land development, redevelopment, site retrofits), and GEOSPATIAL (land surveying, 3D scanning, sUAS, GPS). Since 2008, Rodriguez has proudly held the Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification from the City of Philadelphia. Additionally, we are certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland.
