Established December 2012, Roeya became the first center in Egypt to specialize in Hands On training in GIT Endoscopy. Soon after its establishment, we took part in the 5th Hepatology and Gastroenterology Post Graduate Course and the 14th International Workshop on Therapeutic Endoscopy in Egypt.
During our workshops, our physicians perform the latest 14 techniques in GIT Endoscopy varying in levels of difficulty whether therapeutic or diagnostic. All the training's are done using the latest mechanical and bio-simulators, which aid our trainees to train in a human-like environment giving them insight of real time procedures.
For the last few years, we started with holding four or five training events per year. However, starting from 2016, our mission is to increase our training sessions in Egypt and to expand further into Africa, Europe and Asia spreading knowledge and advanced training to future GIT doctors.
