The Claude Shannon Foundation is a non-profit organization based in the Netherlands that aims to increase awareness and knowledge with regard to AI Safety and Ethics. The Claude Shannon Foundation strives to realize these aims through grant-making efforts to projects and research related to AI Safety, and the organization of events that seek to increase the general understanding and awareness of the crucial issues underlining the development of effective and safe artificial intelligence.
