Be the Role Model you once needed. Role It Out is a non-profit foundation on a Mission! We want to inspire more women and young people to pursue a career in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math). By empowering women already working in STEM to step into the spotlight as Role Models, we help show others what is possible. We organize workshops and lectures, and we are always open to collaborations with (high)schools, universities, events and companies that share our vision for a more inclusive future.
