Our team are professional actors who have substantial experience as role players, they bring all their inherent talent and focussed discipline to the job. People who have worked with our actors in roleplays say that even though they know they are working with actors, it is quickly forgotten as the reality of the enactment and their exchanges takes over and they become wholly involved in the scenario with whoever the actor is playing. Role Play is a powerful catalyst for learning and workplace change. Role Play offers a supported environment where participants can gain new skills and put these into effective practice in realistic scenarios as preparation for ‘the real thing’.
