Roleplay Australia is Australia’s longest-running specialised Roleplaying organisation. Since 1992, we have provided professional actor-roleplayers and customised training programs to a mix of state and federal government agencies and some of Australia’s largest employers.

The Sydney Fringe Festival started in 2010, an initiative of the Newtown Entertainment Precinct Association, a collective of venue based businesses located in the Inner West of Sydney. Originating around the vibrant entertainment precincts of Newtown, Enmore and Marrickville, the event has expanded steadily since to include many Eastern suburbs and CBD locations. The event has grown from strength to strength, becoming one of the City’s land mark annual arts events.Today the Sydney Fringe Festival is the largest independent arts festival in NSW.

ACTT was founded in the new St Laurence Arts Centre, a beautifully restored arts venue in the heart of Sydney in 1992. From a sole operation of a few part-time classes, the college's reputation quickly became established as a place of excellence in learning, where hundreds of talented tertiary students attended full-time each year in courses from Certificate IV to Advanced Diploma courses. Over twenty theatre projects were produced each year, at the College and numerous theatres including Cleveland St Theatre (recently Giant Dwarf) and other professional theatre spaces. Late in 2012, ACTT became an arm of the JMC Academy and in 2016 merged with the International Film School Sydney, with a new name - Academy of Film, Theatre and Television.
