Enabling business to fulfil Social Value/ CSR with evidence of that Social Impact. Promoting opportunities & attracting new talent to their workplace & increasing presence in the Community through Sport. Roles4Goals is an initiative enabling Young People to bridge the gap between education and the workplace by interaction and achievement, through Real World, Interactive Work Experience. We use Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds from businesses to provide a joint initiative and, importantly, provide quantifiable evidence of funds being used exactly where it should be. All parties involved in the initiative receive the evidence of the day for audit or reference purposes. The idea of Roles4Goals is to ensure all the following components are delivered together: 1. Community - Dartford FC has been our first sports partner. Their commitment to the community and the UK's first all purpose sustainable small stadium, makes this Club different! It also means we introduce new people to the Club and possibly build more support for the team and wider use of the facilities. 2. Education - Participants don't realise they are learning & schools can promote the achievements of their students (Gatsby Benchmarks completed) 3. Careers/Business - providing the sponsorship and potentially gaining relationships for further work experience with the company, or indeed jobs 4. Confidence building - after the restrictions and adaptions enforced through Covid, our scheme offers the safe space to explore the world and build an individuals' confidence. Add to this the 30,000+ Twitter impressions and Roles4Goals team doing ALL paperwork, including Photo/Film/Text permission forms and articles for the Match Day programme, plus the approvals and publication of the output from the day and you'll find the initiative is more than value for money!
