Our team of "Rook"ies was created by 3 Army Veterans that took their unique skillsets and advantages and applied them to the real estate arena. The Rookies put in the necessary leg work to find deals that meet our specific criteria and that we can run our desired value-add strategy against. Our team creates win-win-win situations for our partners, our tenants and ourselves by improving property living conditions and optimizing them for the market needs. We heavily implement an "operational value add" strategy, where we optimized unit mixes to meet the market demand (ex. adding mid term rentals into the mix for multifamily).
